1. Ensured that the Magicard USB printer driver is not installed until
   the Microsoft USB Printing Support driver has been installed for the device.
   This disables the possibility of a failed installation.
2. More robust installation/de-installation program incorporated.
3. Ensured that on installation the Alto/Opera Driver is added to the 
   Control Panel->Add/Remove Software list.
4. With respect to the Control Panel->Add/Remove Software, when removing
   the driver this way, the program will now allow a more comprehensive 
   removal of files and registry entries.
